Green bean salads are prepared in a matter of minutes it is enough to boil them in boiling salted water or stew them in vegetable or butter. And it doesn’t matter what kind of beans they are prepared from – green beans or dry beans. Mediterranean Garbanzo Bean salad is full-fledged independent dishes, hearty, tasty, and healthy. Just know that it makes a lot, so you might want to have plenty of storage containers for sharing with neighbors!
